Numerous researchers, primarily from the fields of psychology and sociology, have studied the constituent elements of personality. It appears that five major traits, often referred to as the &#8220;Big Five,&#8221; are essential: openness to others and new experiences, a strong sense of duty, responsibility, and reliability, extraversion, kindness and agreeableness, and emotional sensitivity.
