Rich Communication Services (RCS) is a new mobile communication standard developed by Google in collaboration with mobile network operators. Often considered a successor to, or even a competitor of, SMS and email, RCS offers features similar to those of messaging apps, aiming to encourage conversational marketing. Initially deployed only by certain operators for Android users, RCS was officially launched in France in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a different context, more oriented towards B2B marketing, RCS can also refer to the French Trade and Companies Register (Registre du Commerce et des Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s), sometimes used as a tool to find new prospects.
