This law requires that a specific statement be included on any photograph retouched for commercial purposes, whether for a poster, a print advertisement, or an image on a website, when modifications have been made to the body of the model depicted. According to the implementing decree, this statement, “Retouched Photograph,” must be clearly displayed so that it is easily visible and distinctly separate from the advertising message. The name “Photoshop decree” comes from the well-known image editing software used in the professional world. This regulation has sparked interesting discussions and debates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","categories-glossary":[332],"class_list":["post-169155","dictionnaire-dico","type-dictionnaire-dico","status-publish","hentry","categories-glossary-intellectual-property-marketing-law"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dictionnaire-dico\/169155","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dictionnaire-dico"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/dictionnaire-dico"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=169155"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"categories-glossary","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories-glossary?post=169155"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
