It is also stipulated that a new channel within the same group, whether newly launched or acquired, cannot benefit from it temporarily. As for promotional strategies, cross-promotion takes the form of offering a discount voucher for the purchase of a product other than the one featured on the voucher. This can involve products from the same brand or company, but more rarely, products from different manufacturers, reflecting a cooperative approach.
