Instead, this initiative is organized by a BVA Group entity, offering a kind of &#8220;contest&#8221; that companies can enter by registering and paying a fee. These companies are then evaluated on the quality of their customer service and compete in categories relevant to their industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For participating companies, registering for this award represents an opportunity to assess their customer service and a source of internal motivation. Winners can proudly display the &#8220;Elected Customer Service of the Year&#8221; label and associated logo for nearly a year in their various communications: advertising, public relations, internal and employer communications, among others. Furthermore, they benefit from positive media coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the general methodology of this &#8220;election,&#8221; it should be emphasized that today, to win this title, it is imperative that at least three advertisers have participated in the competition.
