Social CEO refers to the practice whereby one or more executives of a company are actively engaged on social media to promote their company’s image and reputation. This professional approach primarily focuses on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Social CEO can be viewed as a personal initiative of the executive or as part of a structured program designed to leverage the leader’s audience and status. In the latter case, executives can receive support, and the management of their social media profiles can be entrusted, in part or in full, to a communications professional (community manager, communications manager, etc.). A social CEO program coherently complements a comprehensive communication strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One agency offers examples of social CEO programs as well as outsourced social media account management services related to this concept. Another agency presents a personal branding service specifically designed for business leaders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","categories-glossary":[308],"class_list":["post-160576","dictionnaire-dico","type-dictionnaire-dico","status-publish","hentry","categories-glossary-branding-brand-identity"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dictionnaire-dico\/160576","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dictionnaire-dico"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/dictionnaire-dico"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=160576"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"categories-glossary","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/digitionary.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories-glossary?post=160576"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
