In digital marketing, a cold zone refers to a part of a website, page, or email that receives few visits or little attention, often located outside the visible area without scrolling. This concept is inspired by retail merchandising and is identified through the analysis of view data. Furthermore, in the context of e-commerce, the term can also refer to a strategy aimed at offering products or services online at reduced prices compared to physical store prices, in order to encourage online purchases of items that are typically expensive in brick-and-mortar shops.
