The UDRP, or Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, provides an administrative or extrajudicial mechanism for resolving disputes related to the use of a domain name. Originally developed by ICANN, this procedure applies specifically to top-level domains. In the event of a dispute, the parties involved can appeal directly to the registrar responsible for the relevant extension. However, certain conditions must be met for the UDRP dispute resolution process to be initiated. It is also important to consult the guidelines applicable to .eu domain extensions.
