A single-store loyalty program is a system that grants benefits exclusively to cardholders at a single store. This type of program is generally adopted by independent retailers, but it can also be implemented by a franchisee. In this case, the loyalty card is valid only at the affiliated store and cannot be used at other branches of the same brand. It is clearly distinct from multi-store loyalty programs.
