A customer satisfaction survey is a marketing study designed to measure customer satisfaction. It is an important tool for preventing customer churn, although the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty is not always linear. To ensure the reliability of the results and avoid bias, this study must be conducted using rigorous administration and questioning methods. Extreme responses, such as very satisfied or very dissatisfied, are generally overrepresented in the raw data.
