A client portfolio represents all the clients for whom a salesperson is responsible. This concept is frequently used in the banking sector to refer to the clients managed by a client advisor. The portfolio holder’s primary objective is to retain, enhance, and grow their client base. The expression “client portfolio” is relevant because it embodies the value of clients within a management approach. More broadly, the term can also encompass all the clients of a company or agency.
