Cloud computing is a model for delivering IT services that allows users to remotely access various resources such as servers, applications, databases, and data storage and processing tools via the internet or a private network. This technology derives its name from the metaphor of the cloud to illustrate remote, ubiquitous, and transparent access, without the need to know the physical location of the servers or IT equipment.
