Oups.gouv.org is an official French government website that lists the most common errors made during administrative procedures, as well as recommendations for correcting declarations. Following the adoption of the law of August 10, 2018, for a State Serving a Society of Trust (ESSOC), various measures have been implemented to strengthen ties between citizens and the administration, notably by establishing the principle of the right to make a mistake. Whether for individuals or businesses, everyone has the option to correct, either spontaneously or at the request of the administration, an error made in good faith and for the first time.
