The concept of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) represents an assessment of the total revenue a customer will generate for a company over the course of their relationship. This estimate incorporates various factors such as the average length of the customer relationship, purchase frequency, average purchase amount, and the expenses associated with acquiring and retaining that customer.
