A single-brand loyalty program refers to a rewards system implemented by only one brand or retail chain. It typically offers the opportunity to accumulate points or benefits that can be used in all of that chain’s stores. Unlike multi-brand programs, a single-brand loyalty program is distinguished by its exclusivity and focus on a single business entity.
