Google regularly applies an update called Panda to websites that may appear in its search results. Its goal is to filter or penalize sites with low-quality or poor-quality content. Initially launched in 2011, Panda primarily targeted content farms and low-quality sites, which were subsequently removed from Google’s search results. In addition, Panda also aimed to combat duplicate or irrelevant content and penalize pages associated with deceptive practices or low-quality content. Since 2013, Panda updates have been complemented by other initiatives aimed at improving the quality of websites and web pages. Currently, Panda is fully integrated into Google’s core algorithm and can no longer be considered a separate entity.
