PCB, short for “Per How Many” in logistics, indicates the number of products or consumer units contained in a shipping package or carton. A high PCB count relative to the product size simplifies logistics management by reducing the number of cartons required. However, this can be problematic for small distributors selling limited volumes, as the PCB may represent the minimum order quantity or the basic unit of supply. It is also possible for the PCB to include SPCBs, which are sub-cartons within cartons.
