A mobile internet user is someone who accesses the internet or mobile applications primarily via a mobile phone, usually a smartphone. This category also includes, by extension, users of other mobile devices such as tablets, e-readers, or smartwatches. To be considered a mobile internet user, an individual must have performed at least one online activity on a mobile device during the past month, such as browsing websites or applications, sending emails, using instant messaging, or watching television.
